Ray Nowicki – President & CEO
Ray Nowicki, the founder and creative inspiration behind Innovation Builders, brings over twenty years of home design and construction experience. After seeing a need for custom homes at affordable prices, he established Innovation Builders, Inc. Because every detail is his concern, Ray offers constant involvement with the design, building, and construction process. This daily interaction with every facet of the building process ensures that all clients receive personalized service and unparalleled satisfaction. His team approach to challenges brings about quick and well-thought solutions to situations as they develop.
Annette Colby – Owner, Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Annette brings to Innovation Builders extensive knowledge, insight, and over 25 years experience; all which add to the depth and growth of Innovation Builders. She provides sales and marketing services from project feasibility to on-site sales staffing, training, and management. Her services include website development, preparation and placement of advertising, on-site displays, brochures, model home decorations and designs, among others. Annette has unique skills that serve as an important asset to the overall commitment and excellence of Innovation Builders.
Luna Moon Flower - Builder Dog
Meet Luna Moon Flower. All her friends simply call her Luna. She is an American Eskimo puppy who is proud and honored to join the Innovation Builders family. Luna is looking forward to a life of making dreams come true for new homeowners. She's often out visiting the construction site and if you happen to see her, please come over and introduce yourself. Luna is guaranteed to make you smile!
Adrienne Cocita – Vice President of Operations
Adrienne provides high-level experience to coordinate the entire home-building process. Flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, she helps generate a seamless home-building experience. She provides finance management, leads homebuyers through the initial "starts process", maintains budgets, manages human resources & warranty service, and keeps in constant contact with homeowners.
Jeremy Larsen – Sales Consultant
Jeremy knew as a child what he was going to do when he grew up: “houses.” He has two passions in home-building—the customer’s satisfaction and architectural design. As a result, he has sold over $50 million in the more than dozen years he has been in the new home industry. In that time, Jeremy has worked with some of Dallas’ most prestigious builders, and now brings his vast experience to Innovation Builders.
Shauna Smith – Sales Consultant
Shauna joins the Innovation Builders team with more than 13 years in the new home industry. She came to Innovation because of their commitment to quality and clear vision for their valued customers. Her knowledge and perseverance has helped numerous families turn their dreams into homes of lasting memories. In her spare time, Shauna enjoys spending time with her family in a variety of outdoor sports from snow skiing to wake boarding.
Tammie Mabe – Sales Consultant
Tammie comes to Innovation Builders with 14 years of new-home sales. Her knowledge of the building process along with her excitement to create a unique home for each of her customers makes her ready to help you. "I love to help my customers imagine themselves living in their new home, with the features they have created" When Tammie's not selling new homes she loves to hang out with her daughter and their chihuahuas.
Brad Roberts – Sales Consultant
Brad Roberts wants to help you build your new home! Since 1989, Brad enjoys
finding solutions to his customer's unique problems. By making custom design
changes, reviewing financing options, and helping new Texans pick the right
location, Brad has 100's of families who recommend him to their friends and
coworkers without hesitation or reservation. He has the awards to prove it
too! If you are looking for a great experience, Brad says, "Give me a call, I'll be glad to help!"
Ange Asplin – Purchasing Manager
Ange brings over 20 years of homebuilding experience to the Innovation Builders team. Her extensive knowledge comes from years of purchasing, office, and field management. Her passion for homebuilding comes from a love of seeing an individual’s dream start as a bare lot and transform into a beautiful home. A place where years of memories will be made. Outside of the office, Ange keeps busy with her three lovely daughters, husband and volunteering in her church and community.
Alisha Tindall – Warranty Concierge
Alisha recently relocated to Dallas in 2011. She is originally from the Greater Seattle area, where she attended the University of Washington and obtained her BA in Social Work. Her passion for working with people and experience in providing excellent customer service bring much value to Innovation Builders' homeowners. In her spare time, Alisha enjoys time with her daughter and exploring the Dallas area.
Hector Carbajal – Builder
This is my eighth year as a construction manager. I have built homes in Grand Prairie, Cedar Hill, Duncanville, and Mansfield. I enjoy making dreams possible for our homeowners. To me it's a privilege to take part in the construction of a family's home. After hours, I enjoy spending time with my beautiful wife and two daughters. We love spending time camping, bicycling, and fishing.
Ariel Aguiar – Builder
Ariel graduated with a BS in Construction Management from Fresno State in 2003. He has been in residential construction since, having built homes in many Texas communities including Allen, Burleson, & Ft. Worth. He and his wife Suzanne are very busy with their three girls Jazeel, Abigail, & Mia and really enjoy music as part of their spiritual life. They also enjoy traveling whenever possible.
Randy Burgess – Architectural Designer
Randy has been designing upscale custom homes for over 25 years. He and his wife Gigi own RGB Design Group, providing both architectural and graphic design services, color renderings, signs, graphic markings and architectural lettering. Tim Fyfe – Design Consultant
Tim utilizes his years of design experience to collaborate with our clients on how best to bring the vision of their dream home into reality. There are lots of design decisions to be made when it comes to building a house and Tim is there to every step of the way.
