Every Innovation Builders home is backed by a consumer-friendly Ten-Year Insured Transferable Structural Warranty. This industry-leading warranty helps demonstrate not only our commitment to quality, but our history of customer satisfaction as well.
In addition, Innovation Builders warrants your new home to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year. If a defect occurs in any item covered by our warranty, Innovation Builders will repair or replace the item to meet or exceed the Customer Care Guidelines provided at the time of sale.
